We are seeking a motivated Junior Business Analyst to join our IT team, with a specialized focus on Finance applications. This role is central to bridging the gap between our business needs and technology solutions. You will be responsible for supporting, optimizing, and enhancing our core financial systems—primarily SAP FI (Finance)—to drive operational efficiency, resolve user issues, and deliver projects that provide tangible business value

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for resolving SAP FI-related issues for end-users across the business
• Liaise with technical experts and external consultants to resolve complex technical problems within the SAP FI module
• Work with the business to identify, specify, and design application solutions that meet key requirements within the Finance function
• Document detailed business requirements, functional specifications, and scope definition documents
• Lead and execute small to medium business projects from initiation to closure
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure the successful implementation of system enhancements

Qualifications

• A BSc / BCom Degree in Information Systems or a BTECH in Information Technology
